Our client is one of the most prestigious US Investment Banks in the World. They are presently looking to recruit a Senior Auditor as a SOX Specialist. You will be expected to uundertake template re-evaluation, testing and documentation for any part of the Firm`s SOX processes. You may also be required to assist with other aspects of the SOX project, as necessary, such as project management or management reporting. As part of the audit team the incumbent may also be responsible for participating in complex financial and operational audits, as assigned, under the overall direction of audit management and reporting to a Financial Audit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Planning the Company`s SOX project
- SOX GAP negotiation
- SOX project management
- Design and implement audit plans
Requirements:
- Graduate with professional accounting qualification
- Experience of audit within Financial services industry
